Ericeira « Portugal
1. Coxos
One of the best right-handers in Europe. A heavy, powerful, hollow reef/point break that hold up to a triple head high swell
2. Sao Lourenco
Portugal's answer to Sunset! Powerful, hollow right holding up to 15ft+. Reasonably sheltered from the wind. Killer shorebreak for getting in and out
3. Cave
Thick, super heavy, shallow, spitting, square beast of a wave.
4. Ribeira D'Ilhas
Ericeira's most accessible wave. Can be fairly heavy and hold a big swell but tends to be a lot mellower than other nearby spots
5. Reef
Super shallow, ultra hollow right-hander breaking over nasty, urchin infested reef. Get barrelled or go straight!
6. Pedra Branca
Fast, hollow, shallow left-hander reef. One of the best lefts in Portugal when it's on
7. Praia do Norte
Located on the edge of the town of Ericeira but not super busy. Can produce a decent, punchy right over the shallow reef and peak towards the harbour wall. On big swells produces a rarely surfed long walling right
8. Praia do Peixe
Last blast spot when everywhere else in Ericeira is huge. Mediocre waves and low water quality
