Right-hander off the harbour wall breaking over a rocky bottom. Works on big the south coast swells and is sheltered from the SW winds that go with them.

Doesn’t line up as well as it used to before the coastal defences were added to the rivermouth. Still joins up with the wally inside sometimes.
It gets it’s nickname The Boneyard from the fact that waste from the UK’s largest fishing port was often slung over the wall. There was also a sewage pipe, making it one of the filthiest places imaginable to surf!

I fucking love newlyn harbour wall
so many haters, which is a good thing! when they are sit indoors because their spots blown out, were in there, sheltered from fast winds, having a laugh!
Havn’t missed a swell here in ages!
