Excellent option to surfing big Cloudbreak as Restaurants is usually about half the size.

The rights to Restaurants are privately owned and the only feasible way of surfing here is if you are staying at the resort.
On the plus side a policy of sharing waves is encouraged. I.e. after you have a wave you go to the back of the queue
