1. Port St Johns
Fairly mediocre surf by local standards and feral locals to contend with!
2. Whale Rock
Air drops, big barrels and serious beatings are the order of the day at Whale Rock
3. Mdumbi
Quality beachbreak in the heart of the rural Transkei coast. The best wave on the beach is the righthand point that works on a SW swell
4. Coffee Bay Beach
Remote beautiful location with good, powerful waves when the banks are lined up. Sharks are a real danger here
5. Coffee Bay Point
Pretty inconsistent point break requiring an easterly swell to work. Can be good when it's on, but rarely worth being shark bait for!
